A Brazilian butt lift doesn’t have an expiration date. However, since your BBL in Tijuana centers on fat transfer, if you lose weight, you can expect that your butt and hips will go down in size. This is why it is best if you are very near your ideal weight before you get your procedure.
This depends on the type of work you do. It will be at least two weeks before you can sit normally, and you’ll have weight lifting restrictions for another two weeks at least. So, anticipate taking two weeks off from work.
Any exercises you do that strengthen the glutes will help to better round the buttocks and give it that perky look. Just keep in mind that exercise burns fat, and if you lose too much weight, it could compromise the quality of your results.
